PokerCast OS is display management software for poker rooms, clubs, venues, and private entertainment spaces. Customers are responsible for using the platform legally and responsibly.
Allowed Use
- Displaying jackpots, bonuses, tournament clocks, promos, welcome screens, and room information.
- Managing approved TVs and displays for your room or venue.
- Uploading lawful logos, images, promos, and room branding.
- Displaying informational sports lines where legally permitted.
Prohibited Use
- Using PokerCast OS to accept, process, manage, or settle wagers.
- Using PokerCast OS to hold player funds, deposits, balances, or prize money.
- Displaying unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or harmful content.
- Attempting to bypass plan limits, TV limits, account security, or subscription controls.
- Attempting to access another room, account, admin panel, TV session, or customer data without authorization.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for compliance with all laws, venue rules, gaming regulations, and advertising rules that apply to their location and use case.
Enforcement
We may suspend or limit access if we believe the service is being misused, abused, or used in a way that creates legal, security, operational, or reputational risk.
