PokerCast OS offers a trial so customers can test the service before choosing a paid plan.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Customers may cancel future billing according to the options available in their account or by contacting support.
Refund Requests
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds may depend on account activity, billing timing, technical issues, and whether the service was used after payment.
No Wagering or Gaming Funds
PokerCast OS does not hold deposits, player funds, wagers, prize pools, or gaming balances.
