PokerCast OS is built to keep room access, admin controls, TV pairing, and billing-related access separated and protected.
Account Protection
- Room admin access is protected by login/session controls.
- Room admin PINs are used to help protect room-level actions.
- TV pairing is designed to approve displays before they access room screens.
- Plan and TV limits are enforced by account level.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. PokerCast OS does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.
Customer Data
Customer data may include account details, room configuration, uploaded logos, display settings, and support requests. We use this information to provide and maintain the service.
Responsible Reporting
If you believe you found a security issue, please contact us through the Submit Request page with details. Do not access, modify, delete, or share data that does not belong to you.
Limitations
No system is completely secure. Customers are responsible for protecting their own devices, networks, passwords, and admin access.
