1. Use of Service

By using PokerCast OS, you agree to use the service only for lawful display management, room operations, promotional displays, tournament clocks, jackpot boards, and related TV screen features.

2. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of PokerCast OS complies with all local, state, federal, tribal, and venue-specific laws and regulations.

3. No Gambling Services

PokerCast OS is software for displaying information. We do not accept bets, process payments for wagers, operate games, manage player funds, or provide gambling services.

4. Sports Lines and Informational Data

If sports lines or odds are displayed, they are provided for informational display purposes only. Customers are responsible for how they use or display such information.

5. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, room admin PIN, and account access secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription access may be limited, suspended, or canceled if payment fails or if the service is misused.

7. Availability

We aim to keep PokerCast OS reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Internet, TV devices, browsers, hosting providers, third-party APIs, and payment processors may affect availability.
