Room Setup Guide
Follow this checklist to set up your poker room, connect TVs, and start showing live jackpots, bonuses, tournament clocks, promos, and welcome screens.

Create your room
Sign up with your email, room name, password, and admin PIN.
- Use a real email so billing and verification work.
- Keep your admin PIN private.
- Your room gets its own admin dashboard.

Verify your email
Open the verification email before logging in.
- Check spam or promotions if you do not see it.
- Use the resend option if needed.
- Email verification protects your room account.

Customize displays
Use the admin dashboard to configure what appears on each TV.
- Four Flush jackpot board
- Live bonus boards
- Tournament clock
- Promos and welcome screens

Connect a TV
Open the TV display page on your Fire Stick, Android TV, or browser.
- Use PokerCast TV APK or a browser.
- Scan the pairing QR code from admin.
- Approve the TV and choose its screen layout.

Assign screen layouts
Choose what each approved TV should show.
- Welcome Screen
- Live Bonuses
- Four Flush
- Tournament
- Promo

Go live
Once your TVs are paired, updates from admin appear on your room displays.
- Update jackpots and bonuses from admin.
- Start and pause tournament clocks.
- Change promos without touching the TV.
PokerCast OS is display management software only. It does not process wagers, hold player funds,
operate games, or determine outcomes.
